These Soviet era military plates was discovered in Florida recently by Don Jacobovitz of Riviera Beach, Florida. They come froma group that tracked Soviet military mission vehicles in Western Europe before the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Mr. Jacobovitz writes a newsletter for Rotarians that collect license plates. It is $15.00 a year and includes a commemorative license plate from the annual Rotary International Convention.
