Current (fall of 2013) Tristan da Cunha license plates come in various sizes, both black on white, as well as the white on black
This plates is used on Land Rover type vehicle

Such Tristan da Cunha type plates are noted as souvenirs that are not used for vehicle registration on the island.
They have supposedly been available since 1990 in the island post office with other souvenirs for tourists.
This is one of three types that have been identified.
